• Contact details including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, apartment or suite number, city, postal code, and country/region.
• Order communication including your WhatsApp number used to confirm your order, and any special delivery notes or instructions you provide, such as gate codes, gift wrap requests, or preferred delivery times.
• Financial information including payment method details, transaction amount, discount codes applied, and payment confirmation status. Card and payment details are processed directly by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
• Transaction information including the items you view, add to cart, or purchase, order history, applied discounts, shipping cost, and order totals.
• Communications with us including the information you include when messaging us for order support, whether via WhatsApp, email, or other channels.
• Device information including information about your device, browser, or network connection, your IP address, and other unique identifiers.
• Usage information including information regarding your interaction with the Services, including how and when you browse or navigate the Services.
• Advertising and measurement information including identifiers stored by advertising cookies, the pages and products you view, items you add to your cart, and the orders you complete, which we use to measure and improve our advertising.

Personal Information Sources

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

• Directly from you including when you create an account, place an order, communicate with us via WhatsApp or email, or otherwise provide us with your personal information through the Services.
• Automatically through the Services including from your device when you visit or use our website, and through cookies and similar technologies used to remember your cart, preferences, and browsing activity, and to measure our advertising.
• From our service providers including our payment processor, delivery and courier partners, and hosting or infrastructure providers, when they collect or process personal information on our behalf to fulfill your order.
• From WhatsApp when you communicate with us to confirm an order or seek support, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms.
• From our partners or other third parties, where applicable.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Depending on how you interact with us or which of the Services you use, we may use personal information for the following purposes:

• Provide, tailor, and improve the Services. To process your payments, fulfill your orders, confirm your order via WhatsApp, remember your preferences and items you're interested in, process purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, create and manage your account, arrange shipping through our courier partner, facilitate returns and exchanges, enable you to post reviews, and create a customized shopping experience, including recommending products related to your purchases.
• Marketing and advertising. To send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, WhatsApp, or text message, to show you online advertisements based on items you previously purchased or added to your cart and other activity on the Services, and to measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or a purchase so that we can understand which of our advertising is effective.
• Security and fraud prevention. To authenticate your account, provide a secure payment and shopping experience, and detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We recommend you never share your username, password, or other access details.
• Communicating with you. To provide customer support, confirm and update you on your order status, be responsive to you, and maintain our business relationship with you.
• Legal reasons. To comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including requests from law enforcement or government agencies, to investigate or participate in litigation or other adversarial proceedings, and to enforce or investigate potential violations of our terms or policies.

How We Disclose Personal Information

In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:

• With our service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, including our payment processor, Leopards Courier for order fulfillment and delivery, WhatsApp for order confirmation and customer communication, and hosting and infrastructure providers.
• With Leopards Courier specifically, we share your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details as necessary to fulfill and deliver your order. Leopards Courier processes this information in accordance with their own privacy practices.
• With Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and targeting, as described in the Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies section below. Meta processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• With business and marketing partners to provide marketing services and advertise to you, where applicable. Depending on where you reside, you may have a right to direct us not to share information about you for targeted advertising purposes.
• When you direct, request, or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship you products.
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, to comply with applicable legal obligations (including responding to subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce our terms or policies, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Necessary. To remember the items in your cart and your preferences so that the store works as you expect. These cannot be turned off without breaking core parts of the Services.
• Analytics. To understand how visitors find and use the store. This includes a first-party cookie we set to recognise repeat visits from the same browser, retained for up to 180 days, and Cloudflare, which delivers and secures this website and provides us with aggregate traffic statistics.
• Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show you relevant advertisements. This means we share the following with Meta Platforms, Inc.: the pages and products you view, items you add to your cart, and, when you place an order, the order value, currency and order reference, together with your device's IP address and browser information. We also share your email address, phone number, name, city and postal code in a hashed (irreversible) form, so that Meta can determine whether an advertisement led to a purchase without receiving those details in readable form. We do not share your payment details or your delivery instructions with Meta.

You can limit advertising tracking through your browser's cookie settings, by using an advertising or tracking blocker, or through your advertising preferences on Facebook and Instagram. Limiting these technologies does not prevent you from browsing or ordering from us.

Third Party Websites and Links

The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties, including our Instagram page and other social media. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms, may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators, except as disclosed on the Services.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us, including over WhatsApp, may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

How long we retain your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, to provide you with Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. However, these rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.

• Right to access / know. You may have a right to request access to personal information that we hold about you.
• Right to delete. You may have a right to request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to correct. You may have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right of portability. You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to request that we transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
• Right to opt out of targeted advertising. You may have a right to direct us not to share your personal information with advertising partners for targeted advertising. You can contact us using the details below, and you can also limit this through your browser settings or your advertising preferences on Facebook and Instagram.
• Managing communication preferences. We may send you promotional messages via email or WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as those about your account or orders.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, as permitted or required under applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf; before accepting such a request we will require proof of your authorization, and may need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond in a timely manner as required under applicable law.

Complaints. If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us, or to lodge your complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers. We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including on servers located outside Pakistan. If we transfer your personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, unless the transfer is to a country determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date, and provide notice as required by applicable law.
