Delivery windows

Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days after confirmation of the order. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen natural or logistical issues within the country, a high volume of parcels, strikes, or adverse weather conditions.

Urgent delivery is available only in Karachi and will be delivered within 1 to 2 days after confirmation of the order. Urgent delivery charges apply at checkout.

Note: Delivery timelines are exclusive of Sundays and public holidays and may be affected by strikes, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bulk and corporate orders

Bulk and corporate orders are arranged separately from checkout. Request a quote through our Bulk & Corporate Orders page, or message the office on WhatsApp, and we will confirm pricing, the delivery date and any printing in writing before the order starts.

Payment: bulk orders are taken on 50% advance, with the remaining 50% payable on delivery. The advance confirms the order and is what starts production against it. Standard Cash on Delivery applies to normal orders only.

Delivery: a bulk order ships together as one consignment, anywhere in Pakistan. Because quantities vary, the delivery window is agreed per order when the quote is confirmed and is not the standard 5 to 7 working days. Urgent Karachi delivery is not available on bulk orders.

Printing: we can print your business cards, flyers or an event brochure and pack them in with the files. We do not print third-party logos or branding on the case files themselves. Printed inserts add to the lead time, which will be confirmed with your quote.

Changes and cancellations: once production has started against your advance, quantities cannot be reduced and the advance is non-refundable. Tell the office before production begins if anything about the order needs to change.
