Delivery windows

Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days after confirmation of the order. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen natural or logistical issues within the country, a high volume of parcels, strikes, or adverse weather conditions.

Urgent delivery is available only in Karachi and will be delivered within 1 to 2 days after confirmation of the order. Urgent delivery charges apply at checkout.

Note: Delivery timelines are exclusive of Sundays and public holidays and may be affected by strikes, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
