Refunds

If a case arrives with its seal already broken, a piece of evidence missing, or damaged in transit, the office will replace it at no cost.

How to report it

Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the file as it arrived. A replacement or refund is issued once this is confirmed.

Change of mind

Because each file is sealed and prepared to order, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been broken by the customer. Unopened, unsealed returns may be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit on request. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
